Sabal grew out of a security background. Its founder spent about five years co-owning a private security company in Southwest Florida, trusted with the after-hours keys to clubs and gated communities before selling his share. A club hands over after-hours access only to people it has already vetted.
Cleaning asks for the same trust. A brand-new cleaner cannot fake that record, and it is what a GM or a board weighs first before they hand over a key.
